I have been using Specflue for the past 7 years, Over this time I can say there service has only improved. Flue calculations, next day delivery even when ordering now up to 5 o'clock and 99% of the delivery's come on there own fleet of vans so everything is in great condition. There stock level is fantastic you will never be kept waiting for parts even if it has to come from another depot. Cant recommend highly enough.

I am very disappointed that a reputable company like Specflue still allows an ex unregulated, untrained chimney sweep to use its facilities to give him credibility. The training the woeful at best, the man is dangerous, I wouldn't allow his to sweep my drive let alone touch my chimney. I am well informed that Specflue have received numerous complaints and still allow this man to take people's hard-earned cash. The sad thing is these trainees attend the course so they can start a new career, you cannot professionally learn how to sweep a range of chimneys and appliances on a 1 and a half day course! It is only a matter of time before a member of the public dies due to poor sweeping, either from carbon monoxide poisoning or a house fire,someone will have blood on their hands!
