Just a warning to anyone who has a cesspit. They came today to empty ours having left our property managing to break our cast iron cover!!! And using our flower edging to place over it without informing us of the damage they had caused. But had spoken to my mum about the new safety covers which are out and that they will get us a price. Now to our disgust knowing our children all under 6 are playing in the garden they did not once stop call their boss or bring my mums attention they had broken it. The boss whom I spoke to called us liars very unreasonable and hung up on myself twice. I have now understood my husband has spoken to him and he contradicted himself numerous times then said he would come and fit temporary cover and then bill us for the pleasure. We have filled small claims court papers and we’ll see him in court. Now everyone knows accidents happen and if the work people had just been honest the boss had fixed what had been caused this would not need to have gone live.... the fact that they have left a family with small children and pets in this way is morally wrong on all levels. So please be aware if you use this company seems they clearly cause damage so you have to use them to fix it!!! UPDATE: found out today the cesspit was never even emptied!! When I tried to speak to the owner he told me to “sod off” and hung up on me... Avoid this company at all costs...
