My tooth extraction was obviousyl a difficult affair, but my dentist literally had the best bedside manner I've ever had from a dentist. He was just really supportive and encouraging, very professional and made sure he was doing everything he could to make me feel calm and safe. Thanks guys. I was really nervous before but was actually an absolutely fine experience all round.

I have been a patient here for at least 30 years, few changes in dentists but all very good, very happy with my present dentist and despite Covid restrictions, I have been offered required treatment ...cannot fault their service

Back office staff excellent but first dentist was paid 23 for saying they couldn't help and referred me to another dentist in the practice. This second dentist was then paid 56 for patronisingly drawing a tooth on a bit of paper and telling me how an abscess forms - then saying he didn't want to do anything but he would refer me to someone else again. That was another 56! He also said that he would contact me with the referral details that day, still waiting 3 days later. Not what the practice was when it was privately owned.

I had a very positive appointment. It was a tooth extraction but all went well and I had pamphlets and a prescription to take away with me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Damira to anyone.
