Always love it!
Had a chicken salad - went outside to eat it but the chicken was frozen, so we went back and asked for a refund which was met with \we can't give refunds\. They offered to heat it up, essentially giving us partially warmed chicken - probably more of a health risk than frozen chicken. Eventually they agreed to swap the chicken with tuna, but I wouldn't be surprised if that chicken ended up in the next person's sub.
