Visit here often however on last visit the customer service lacked/poor, the girl who served us spent more time chatting to her colleague than communicating with me about what I was ordering, having to almost shout what else I would like as the majority of them were doing this. 6 people we're there which I didn't think was nessacery, it appeared as if some had recently been employed - poor customer service skills I think more training is needed as the main service skill required in a place like that

Clean, with no seating available due to the pandemic. Service was relatively slow... phone order/ on line completed ahead of me even though I'd been waiting! Food was tasty and as requested.
I have only put one star as you cant put zero! Got to subway to find out it was cash only, pretty sure in COVID it was best to be cash free...anyway we went and got cash out in tesco to go back. We then got told whilst we were in the queue that we had to have the exact money to purchase! How about putting that on all your signs that says cash only
