The best experience I’ve had at a Subway ever ! And even during the Corona pandemic. Always greeted each customer with a smile and hello. Very patient while you are ordering and polite with each step. Great customer service.

One of my go-to Subways in the Chicagoland area! The staff are always awesome while making sure that my food are well prepared and tasty!
This is my usual subway but tonight I am very disappointed. I walked into the store at 8:48 pm (store closes at 9p) to get my lunch for tomorrow and was turned away because the guy behind the counter told me they were closed. I asked him what time they closed and he said 9p . So what are the real stores hours because clearly I made it there before 9p. As I was walking out, I realized that he turned me away because he was on the phone and perhaps didn't want to get off to make my sandwich. I will now have to find a new location. It sucks because I live so close and we order from here all of the time.
