Oh my goodness this visit was hard work. Asked for a BLT and the lad was like that's Bacon lettuce and tomato I said yes. Then picked my bread and he asked 6 inch or foot long. I said foot long and turned my head away to watch my bike outside the shop. He then asked what salad and I said I WANTED A FOOT LONG, HE HAD DONE IT ON A 6 INCH. So had to do another 6 inch. Then I asked for mine, a foot long chicken and Bacon melt. HAD TO REPEAT 3 TIMES A FOOT LONG.

Been coming here for a number of years and general very good. Good service, good food and clean. However the last 4 consecutive times, i went for breakfast sub. First 2 times, no sausage or egg. Third time, no sausage, egg or bacon. Fourth time, nothing, not doing breakfast today. What a wasted time travelling there. Not good.
A very spacious building adhering to the current COVID-19 regulations and good service
They got my sandwich order wrong, so we returned it to the shop uneaten for a replacement sandwich to be made because this sandwich was cold at this point. A lady in charge offered to put lettuce on the cold soggy sandwich instead of offering to replace my sandwich for a new fresh one. I think this is terrible customer service. Eventually they agreed to make my sandwich, but started making a 6inch instead of a foot long (which I ordered), they went out of their way to try and not give me what I ordered. First sandwich had no lettuce, and on the new one there was lettuce but not a lot of it. It’s disappointing since we’ve gotten sandwiches from this location many times with no mess ups, won’t be coming back here.
There was a long wait! However exceptions made due to the current COVID-19 pandemic! (Better to be safe than sorry). Friendly staff and as for the food most defiantly one of the best Subways I have visited. Thanks
