IF YOU ATTEND SUBWAY AT THE CROSS AND EAT IN THEY ARE FANTASTIC. 5 STARS IF YOU COLLECT HERE. 2 STARS FOR DELIVERY: Subway has been undercutting its orders when you order on Uber Eats or Deliveroo from my experience. I ordered something today and there was no sauce in the subs. It missed alot of ingredients and looked extremely soggy. They tried to give me a free \festive\ cookie but it's just their chocolate cookie so how is it festive? That turned up inedible like a rock. Highly recommend to order if you go there. Will never order a delivery from them again.
Great customer service, though one new employee can be quite difficult to understand and I hope this doesn't end up with them trying to follow the terrible example that is KFC just next door.
