Friendly staff, compact but clean seating areas. Good hygiene protocols look like they are followed and now offer the ability to order ahead on the app. Food always tastes great!

Good food and great customer service. I am regular visitor , I always enjoy the morning sunshine in the store. Staff are very polite. Sometimes things are little out of control during rush hour.
the hygiene wasn't exactly perfect, teenagers in the store 1 sat on 2 tables leading up to being served. I used my own wipes to clean table, so myself and freind could sit down, staff members should have told him to not do it and wipe tables themselves , also whilst we where in the store , tables where not being wiped even tho many people where coming and going using same tables and chairs ... apart from that it was an OK experience.
A good quality Subway in the middle of Staines Town Centre, fresh and tasty
Staff are professional. Food was tasty, esp. sauce. If you're on a diet, beware because it's too tasty.
