Was recommended to come here for a vegetarian sub. Never been to a Subway prior, so found the process of moving from server to server a little daunting . But the food was really amazing, so can't complain at all!
Had some disgusting customer service this morning. I went in to get some breakfast was asked by a member of staff called \Gill\ if I had a face covering I explained I was exempt (breathing condition). She then asked to see my exemption card which was provided (lanyard). I presented this as requested but then she carried on saying it should be around my neck and telling me \to put it on\ and started waving hers around the one she had around her neck. I explained that not everyone is confident with their disabilities and that there is no law that requires for the lanyard to be worn, me showing it to her and explaining i am exempt is sufficient for legal purposes. She then refused to serve me and asked me to leave. This is discriminatory behaviour and against all legal provisions. Official complaint logged to head office. Staff are clearly not trained how to deal with people who have disabilities and medical conditions. Very disturbed by the behaviour of this employee and how she treats customers with disabilities ext.
Food is great, however found the prices have increased since I last had one
