An amazing group of staff greet you as soon as you enter. Which is very rare at a Subway. Every single one of them was friendly. The place was spotless and amazing even on a busy day and I really loved their conversation. They seemed like I was important. Definitely would love to revisit. One of the best Subways imo

Very nice experience for the first time. I mean meatball marinara. Had to order that since the guy on the advert struggles to say it and hadn't devoured meatballs for a while. It was succulent, tender and the sauce was flavoursome (the lady asked me if i wanted sauce so that would be extra then :) . The price for 2 sandwiches was very reasonable and almost identical to the meal deal which is out of a packet. We sat upstairs and looked out of the window which was a nice experience despite the dullness of the Worcester skies. Made better by clean and almost empty tables which made us feel very comfortable. Portion size for me with the 6 inch was perfect. Would have to be starved and out for the kill to enjoy the 12 as much. Love the variety in the selections and the even pricing across the board. The lady who served us was polite and hospitable. The location of the restaurant is central and this makes it easy to access on foot although parking may prove a slight challenge but that is expected with this type of establishment inner town. Overall there is good value, good variety, pleasant setting and good quality products so what is not to like.
My experience on this fast food chain has always been great, and Worcester branch is no exception. They all are friendly, attentive, quick and efficient even when rhe place is busy. I give them 5 stars as they have the food quality that you would expect, although from time to time their Chicken teriyaki is salty and people in training are more stingy than other employees but overall excellent. Keep up the good work. I hope to be back soon when things go back to normal. Stay safe people.
