Been a few times over the last few months when visiting relatives in Fleet and after a quick lunch to take home. The guys working in here always greet you with smile and know what they're doing. My last visit I ordered for myself, 3 kids and 2 other adults and they weren't phased by this at all, they kept up with what I was ordering, even with the 3 kids talking over me. They even made the effort to talk to the kids and ask them what extras they wanted with their meal deals. Nothing is too much for these guys and they are always polite and give great customer service. Look forward to my next visit.
Everytime I come here the guys are smiling and happy, not just that, they're going the extra mile without a second thought. Got let in this morning way before opening time, Sol served me and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Breath of fresh air. Unlike a lot of other highstreet outlets. Well done lads, if everyone followed your example we'd all be that bit happier. I NEVER write reviews but you genuinely deserve the 5 stars.
The 3 chaps working on Saturday the 19th had great customer service and made perfect subs. I wouldn't normally leave a review about a fast food chain but my days did they take care making our sandwiches
Been ordering food from them for the past 3 years, consistent quality, very good customer service levels, never had a reason to complain. Good subs, good service, keep it up.
