Blonde girl quite rude and arrogant my 5 year old grandson requested a very plain sub consisting of only cheese no salad or sauce she asked if I wanted extra cheese for an extra 20p I said would he not get that any way as he wasn't having anything else on it(not even toasted) and I got a blunt answer of \No! It doesn't work like that\ not very good customer service will use the other subway local to myself from now on

1. The blonde girl needs to learn some manners. The way she speaks to customers is rude. 2. The sandwiches used to be really good but have recently gone down hill.
I will giv zero stars today... M not happy wid dere service.... I was being served at ravensthorpe retail park subway... Really bad experience... Wudnt go again
