Ordered food none of order correct staff made out I was lying. Supervisor ignored calls awaiting mangers call. Will amend if they ring. Area manager rung great customer service on his part. Staff need more training.

Witnessed disability discrimination there. A, disabled man with visable mask exemption documents was refused service because he wasn't wearing a mask. It was a clear breach of the Equality Act 2010. If your disabled don't go as they refuse you service.
Ordered an 80 order with these for my sons birthday. Forgot all the crisps with each meal and refused to bring them out unless we placed another order for a cookie. Placed the second order which came to over 5 due to small service charge and standard service charge. Right joke, extremely unhappy and will not use again.
