I had the new meatless meatballs it was really nice and I enjoyed it I would have given it 5 stars but gave 4 as could have given more of the sourse but other then that it was really nice I wish that the keighley subway was halal as there is a need for it due to the population and the staff also agree I wonder why this has not been considered before

Sorry but I won't give it any stars. The two female staff who were serving the dressings and taking payment were more interested in talking to their friend than serving customers. My wife and my order was sat on the side going cold while , after completing the friends order, she decided to order another sandwich after a text on her phone. Instead of being made to go back in the queue one of the girls made her another order while all this time our order sat on the side. Customer service training needs to be initiated. Won't eat there again.
Local subway, staff are always really friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond; beautiful subs
It’s a nice place and the staff are friendly, but i wish they had more places to sit
Subway is always very nice,staff are always smiling at this particular outlet and it makes it easy to sit down,eat and relax.
