Visited the store last night (24/1/2021) after a long shift at work hoping for a Friday night treat, The young lad who greeted and served me at first was great and helpful, however the blonde girl (Sophie) was quite abrupt and rude towards me and was pretty intimidating, i have always had impeccable service at this store and unfortunately after the way i was spoken too i will not be returning, Buckshaw village staff are all lovely and so my custom will be going there in future, food quality was good as always and all Covid-19 safety precautions in place.

Ordered today using the app for the first time and when I got home my order was wrong. The sandwiches were poor quality but what’s annoying is there was items missing. The receipt shows in B&W what should be included! Called up straight away and the staff were rude, bad customer service. Asked for a manager to call me back and told he’s at another store all week (not sure why that matters). Very unhelpful. I won’t be returning.

Tasty food and friendly staff. Staff members know what they are doing. Brilliant loyalty scheme with the Subcards and they also offer coffee cards which are brilliant for people like me. I go in every morning for my coffee and definitely don't plan on changing this routine.
