OVERALL: Difficult reaching them, but good in store experience. MY COMMUNICATION:I had a difficult time getting a hold of someone to talk to throughout the whole process. I was interested in purchasing a hedgehog. The owner said he didn't know when they were going to be ready, because the lady wasn't in who does the hedgehogs. Later i learned the lady was the owners wife.. He said 3 weeks after discussing with his wife. When i called a week before, i again couldn't get a hold of anyone.. i called everyday that they were open on the correct hours and never was able to reach anyone. That Saturday morning i called when they opened and he informed me they were all sold. I was pretty upset but he informed me they had other hoglets ready soon. I came back in 2 weeks and brought home my new hedgehog. SERVICE IN THE STORE: Service was great once I got there and all animals were healthy and seemed happy. My hedgehog is currently doing great! Ive had him now for a couple of months. The owner seemed to know his stuff was helpful and very nice when I was there in the store.
