Extremely rude! Find a different dealership. I was approached by an older "man" in a bright orange shirt who had no name tag nor did he even introduce himself. He acted as if he was too good to talk to me about the vehicles and steam rolled me as soon as I got out my vehicle. Are you serious? Their service department looked way overrun and the place seems very unkempt. Lots of garbage in the service garage and the parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. He acted like they get so many customers and have so few supply that they didn't have time to even talk to me. New vehicle lot felt like a chop and shop greasy used car lot. He went on to tell me that their used vehicles sell for more than new ones. Come on, guy. Your most expensive vehicle is barely more expensive than what I am currently driving, yet you managed to run me off the lot. I've bought several vehicles and this was amateur hour for a dealership. You're selling vehicles, not combo meals at the drive thru. Here's some advice: try not talking down to your potential customers. I wanted a test drive and left without one to say the least. Now my view of the brand is jaded. Looking to buy a vehicle out right in cash and that guy single handedly blew any chance of me ever getting a vehicle from this dealership. Very condescending and abrasive. Not sure how someone with no personality works at a car dealership. The goal is to sell vehicles, not run off customers! Just go somewhere else. Some people just have no business being in sales. Especially those that cost you cash paying customers.

Shane made us feel comfortable as we researched the perfect vehicle. He is very friendly and low-pressure. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and fun to talk to. We really appreciate his willingness to help and the friendliness of the rest of the staff during our visit. I would strongly recommend talking to Shane if you're in the market for a new Subaru!
