National Trust have done a great job here, there's plenty of walking, some amazing garden, but the Mill is the star. The history is well explained and the restoration of the building and the internal machinery is amazing. There's the traditional tea shop, but lots more. In in fact the village has a volunteer run tea shop which is heartily recommended. A full day out with something for everyone.

Great day out for all. Was a beautiful cold snowy day. I haven't been since school and the staff were amazing in explaining what to do and see. Definitely be a place I will keep going to, it will looking amazing in the spring. Had a nice lunch in the small cafe. Free entry for all National Trust members.
Beautiful walk, well maintained but too many people not abiding with Covid regs and allowing space to pass
Beautiful! What a great way to spend the afternoon.
Too expensive for Covid times. The grounds are lovely but you can enjoy most of the walks without paying the entrance fee if you're not a national trust member.
