what a useless company where did the ” Deutsche Gründlichkeit “ go? In Stuttgart they guilt trip you to be green in an extreme ridiculous way but don’t get the S-bahn guys (everybody takes the car) because it’s increbile unreliable and far to little trains .Every day I get too late at work impossible to set a meeting..The Wi-Fi in the S Bahn doesn’t work, combined with a completely useless Internet network you sit there for 3/4 of an hour to go to your destination but you can’t get on the web..Really in 2019?????I was in Mexico City last October, 35 million people!! and it’s hundred times better, shame on you.
Bad service. Too expensive.
Quite disappointed with the operational level of the service. Ordered tickets over the phone, because the website didn't work and picked them up at the station. Paid extra for the seat reservation, though seats are not indicated on the tickets. No one can help to claim the paid seat.
You can get quick help. The assistant db bahn people can also manage to speak in English
