Overall the treatment was nice but they are very incompetent. First they told me they could not find a fan for my \old\ laptop which is only five years old. I found one on ebay with the first search online! Then when I bought it myself and went there, they charged me 50 euros to replace it which took them 3 days. Finally when I got the laptop back, they disabled the audio from the motherboard by accident and I did not want to go back to them as I was afraid they would do other damage, I had to do it myself after all. They are very incompetent and they seem to have no experience except in maybe selling new stuff, not fixing ormal\ issues like the fan replacement.
