Absolutely shocking worst experience ever. And if i don't get a refund today I will be driving to this office and having a very very firm work with who ever is in charge. Taking peoples money and not refunding it. Worst company ever. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but have to so my bad review can be shown. Complete joke

Very bad experience and terrible customer service. Our package arrived severely damaged, so bad I'm unsure what could have happened, and the TV unit inside was also badly broken. It then took Studio over two weeks to arrange collection in which time we had a large package taking up the hallway. It probably would have taken longer if we hadn't taken it to social media, which I don't like to do but I believe a fail of this size deserves a speedier response and a hint of apology. We finally got our money back and purchased a media unit elsewhere. Wouldn't use again and wouldn't recommend.
