I go to aerial hoop classes here and I love it. You come out of every class feeling that you've achieved something and learned something new. Sam is a fantastic teacher, filled with energy and will make sure you have a great time whilst getting strong the other girls are all so lovely as well and made me feel very welcome from the first day.
I've been going to pole fitness for nearly s year now and can honestly say it's the best class I've ever done. The studio is amazing. The instructors are amazing and really encourage you to do your best. Highly recommended for anyone thinking about joining a class.
