I am a regular gym goer but wanted someone to work my 14 year old son who is hyper-mobile and suffered from joint weakness and fatigue. In the very first phone call, it was clear that the personal trainer Chris had an amazing depth of knowledge in anatomy and specialist needs for strength training and general well being. He is great at engaging my son who is always looking forward to going and the results have been fantastic and over a very short space of time. Chris is also a skilled martial artist so my son is benefiting from one on one martial arts coaching too which is an added benefit I wasn’t expecting. He is developing muscle holistically and it is very noticeable, pains reduced, hand to eye co-ordination improved,and he is a lot, lot more confident. I could not be happier and only wish I had taken him sooner. Highly recommended to anyone who has a health goal (or like me, has a child with one).

I have been using Studio 35 for the past two months to help me find my way back to fitness. I cannot speak highly enough of the attentive and supportive staff. They have a level of integrity it is rare to find nowadays and they are truly invested in the health and wellbeing of their customers. It is great to find a workout that I can follow with ease and develops with me and fits in to my busy life.
This is a great gym for all age groups, staff are first glass.
