I had computer based test and satisfied with quality of service. The personell is kind, the rooms are air conditioned. The computer based IELTS here is the good option in comparison to TOEFL, listening more complicated but in general it was more convenient for me.

I had gone there to take my computer based exam. Overall the place and staff are friendly the only issue was that there are no signs of the institute and the entrance was a little bit hard to find if you are new to Kiev.
I took a test on 4th of June 2020. I have to acknowledge that the testing center itself has all amenitites, curteous staff; it is well-renovated and situatd in a great location near the Klovska metro station. However, when it comes to the fair knowledge evaluation, the reason we all come there for, the testing location does not carry out its function as it is supposed to. I studied in the US for 2 years and was pretty confident in my results to be consistently equal across the sections. As it turned out after the actual test, my speaking part was significantly lower than other sections. As a matter of fact, the interviewer was very unfriedly and behaved in a very strange and condenscending manner, cringing and grinning all the time. Moreover, he used slang contractions instead of some actual words, which, from my perspective, unacceptible in the organization of this level. I realized later, that this person conducts courses in the testing center and apparently he was not happy to see me answering fluently without taking his classes. As a result, being sure that my result was higher, I disputed and won it, increasing the band on speaking by 1.0 point. To sum it up, I would not recommend taking a test here as you are a subject to a biased assessment and unfair treatment. I think it is even more fair for beginners and intermediate level students who hardly can stand for their results. Moreover, I would not want to get stuck in the process of disputing if you need fair knowledge assessment from a first run and fast.
I've taken computer-based IELTS 3 times here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in improving their IELTS score. I take the view that it's much easier in comparison to regular test since: 1) you have words calculated for you while taking Writing part so you don't need to waste your time doing that 2) you can copy/paste while doing reading and writing so you don't take extra risks related to occasional spelling mistakes. Moreover, you can write down some useful grammar constructions and use them later when you do Writing. It's extremely helpful. It really saves much time. 3) there are only about 8 spots there so test starts when all the takers come to the facility (20-30 minutes earlier than 9:00) which is great since you don't have to waste time sitting and waiting for everyone else and as a result you have enough time after test to take a break and have lunch before taking Speaking 4) you are given headphones so the Listening part is much easier and comfortable because you can control the volume of the sound and other test-takers or irrelevant external sounds just can't distract you 5) if you can type fast, you can write much more words and describe your ideas much better when you do Writing. Thus, you can check your writing more thoroughly and get better scores. Before taking a computer IELTS I had taken the regular test in the British Council for 2 times and was really disappointed since I wasn't able to get more than 6.5 in Writing and more than 7.5 in the Listening section. Thanks to the aforementioned benefits of computer-based IELTS I got 7 in Writing and 8.5 in Listening. So, yes, the type of IELTS test matters a lot.
The oral part were less than the IELTS exam standards, my fiance said after taking the exam in this place. She was totally disappointed with the way they run the exam for IELTS Life Skills test. It is basically listening an audio record and asked questions. Test for IELTS Life Skills cannot be executed that way. It is sure that there is something wrong with this place. I do not recomment anybody. use alternative places if possible.
God bless this center and the staff working there
Had my IELTS UKVI exam here. Convenient place in terms of transportation. Exam was well organized and organizational details came in 1-2 days before with SMS and Email. Also they are able to send documents, both Ukraine and abroad (transportation fee not included in my case)
