Placed a catering order for flounder, shrimp and hush puppies, we were BEYOND pleased and impressed! Everyone loved the food, it was piping hot and ready to serve as soon as we got it home, my uncle was even sneaking a few shrimp out of the pan before we got everything set up and uncovered. Could not have been happier with the entire transaction and end results! Thank you so much!

Stopped by Stubbs and Sons Barbecue in Carthage today for lunch. Barbecue sandwich was delicious with just the right amount of heat in the sauce.

We had brisket sandwiches with just sauce. Great! Always have their outstanding French fries. 5 star.

Best BBQ. Good flavor. Got BBQ plate with freshcut fries and fried okra. Also hush puppies. My wife got a BBQ sandwich. Staff very friendly and encouraged us to come back on Tuesday/Thursday for brisket. Wednesday for ribs. Definitely will be returning for food here.

Eastern NC BBQ is very good with a little kick of heat. Collards are not quite Granny's but also pretty good. Hush puppies were good but didn't seem fresh. Portion sizes were quite large, good value for the . I will rat here again if I am down that way.
