Brilliant customer service. The food wait was a little long, with no communication, but everything else was lovely. Beautiful cafe, nice gift shop, you could order the food from your phone and then be dropped at the table. My partner and I shared a tomato soup, I had a salad and hot drinks. The food was delish!

Friendly cafe with nice food attached to the garden centre. Been going there fairly regularly for about 3 months now since lockdown eased. They manage things well. The food is tasty and well cooked with a nice cafe selection and some yummy desserts like flapjacks, rocky road and delicious cakes. Well worth a visit for a relaxed meal to get out of the house.

Lovely private garden center. Well stocked with a good range of small and large plants. The shop has essential goods but not a wide choice. The coffee shop is great and covid safe , expect a queue and a deep cleaned distance table. Worth a visit if in the area for a hot drink or breakfast.

Very average experience. There was good and bad. The good: Beautiful, quiet cafe, spacious. Extremely friendly staff. Explained about social distancing & new procedures due to COVID. Seated quickly, clean, food came quickly. Cracking cappuccino. The bad: I asked for a vegetarian breakfast (large) & requested an additional egg instead of beans which the cashier confirmed & charged me for. Upon my food’s arrival, I was missing a vegetarian sausage, one of the original eggs that was supposed to be on my plate (menu said eggs x 2) & also the substitute egg that was supposed to be there in place of the beans. The butter was also too hard to spread. Overall, the portion for what should have been a large breakfast was rather tiny & for 9.99 wasn’t great value at all. Now, I don’t like confrontations so am always reluctant to cause a scene if something like this happens, as it was an honest mistake, but my advice for the kitchen would be to double check the order before sending it out to the customer. I’ll probably not return again as I don’t think it was value for money based on this experience. I’m sure the kitchen wouldn’t have minded me telling them something is missing but as mentioned, I don’t like confrontations.

Great breakfast with tasrty premium sausage and well cooked poached eggs. The only thing that could make it better was some baked beans. The tailors tea was great as well and even has 2 tea bags for a stronger brew.
