I have honestly NEVER had customer service like this in my life. I would recommend Stuart and his business any time, day or night. I submitted an enquiry to his email on a Sunday morning, hoping desperately he might be able to help me for my husband's birthday, which was a week away. He called me on Sunday night, promised to help, and by Tuesday, after a couple more phone calls the perfect piano stool I couldn't find anywhere else was on its way to me. It arrived two days early in perfect condition. Beautiful product, immediate, above and beyond service, and such a lovely and knowledgeable man. Please support this business, and particularly now. UK companies need all of us to rally round. Stuart is right to be proud of this one.

We have visited Stuart Jones’ showroom in the summer, shortly after the Covid lockdown restrictions were relaxed. We have phoned in advance to check we could visit. We wore face masks, as did Stuart and he had antibacterial hand gel available for customers. Stuart was both very friendly and professional. Initially, he showed us around the showroom and gave us some advice on the range of pianos we were interested in. We were then able to try the pianos on our own. When we needed some more information, Stuart was more than happy to answer any of our questions. At no point have we felt under any pressure to make a purchase. We were pleased to be able to try several pianos in our price range, it was great to have a choice. We were a little nervous about the delivery because of the narrow hallway and tight corner leading into the room. There was no need, the delivery men were clearly very experienced and made it look easy. We have now had the piano approximately two months, Stuart has been to check the tuning. We are extremely happy with our new piano and would absolutely recommend Stuart’s services. (Apologies for any grammatical mistakes, English is not my native language)
A very good selection of pianos to look at and try. Stuart is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were delighted to purchase our first piano and can't wait for it to arrive.
