My husband and I have seen a sharp decline in service since Cleveland Clinic took over. But the icing on the cake was when I walked outside to see my despondent neighbor today, a Martin Memorial employee for many, many years, who had just been fired from your North hospital location in the middle of a pandemic, with bills to pay and willing to work, now unable to pay rent or basic bills. Not only are your patients disappointed, but now your community is as well.

I've been in MICU for the last few days and those nurses in there are awesome!! They are so sweet and so nice. Thank you to my daytime nurse Nurse Teresa and my night time nurse Nurse Valerie. You lady's and gentleman are very appreciated.!!. Sorry I'm not allowed out of bed right now so.... These pics are the best I can do at the moment.

Husband saw no MD only RN in ER today 7 hrs. No food, drink. Staff member in green scrubs nasty speaking to him/transferred him to another bed /didnt give him a mask. His open foot wound had no dressing on 7 hrs. open to air. I got him food/drink. Never had blood sugar checked hes diabetic. No insulin. His sugar was high. Signed himself out. Wont be back.

Yesterday I was in the emergency room of Cleveland clinic north. I received excellent care from start to finish. My nurse, Amanda, was phenomenal. Professional, thorough and very caring. From the beginning, I was treated and felt relieved. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

My wife was there for a procedure and they had her prepay 1000 in Nov 2020. We are 3 months from that and still didn't get the full amount back they offset it to current charges I haven't even seen that bill!!! Hours on the phone....on hold and running Gainst a wall...can't believe these people
