I had an amazing experience with Strutt & Parker, specifically with Anna. However I always felt that the entire team were very knowledgeable and helpful if Anna was not around. For me one of the most important aspects when buying or selling a house is responsiveness, being kept in the loop and follow ups. All these were key attributes which Anna showed throughout the process, I felt like she went above and beyond to be helpful and always kept to her word. I potentially had interactions with 10 different agents all of which I had many different issues with, however Strutt & Parker have given me faith that there are exceptional ones still out there and they come highly recommended.
