I sold my home through Strutt and Parker and had a great experience. From start to finish, the sales team were so helpful and explained everything to me. They valued my property exactly as I had hoped and the accepted offer was exactly what I wanted, I couldn't have asked for anything more. They updated me regularly and made the whole transaction seemingly easy and stress free. Not only did I sell my home through them, I also used their mortgage advisor for my onward purchase who again made everything so simple and easy to understand. The teamwork between the two was great and I would have no hesitations in recommending them to my friends and family.

Very disappointed with the service :( didn't keep me upto date with the developments at all,though i was the first one to offer on the asking price on the property,they will not clearly tell you what's happening behind the scenes until you actually lose out on the property.

The team at Strutt and Parker were great - they handled our sale, finding us a buyer within a month, and also handled our purchase too, they were professional and helpful and we would recommend them to anyone else.

I have never dealt with a worse Estate agent before i emailed Jenny about a property and was booked in with a viewing for 10am i went to view the property and then called up to put a offer in to be told someone \beat me to it\ i asked how that was possible and was told because someone who viewed it at half 9 called straight away and took the property and its on a first come first service which was not stated once or i wouldn't of even gone to my viewing also the fact that i travelled over 40 minutes to view a property which was taken off the market half hour before my appointment and i was not called to be told not to come or nothing and they allowed me to view the property knowing i wouldn't be able to accept it i called to ask a manager to call me back as was not happy and that obviously didnt happen awful service wasted my time and appalling how they work it with a first come first when they have other viewings available on the same day!!!!
