Eleni was extremely helpful in the planning and execution of our project. She was involved from the start, met with prospective builders for on-site discussions and provided the structural drawings from which all parties worked from. We would definitely use Eleni again and recommend her services for your building projects.

Instructed Eleni on a recommendation and encountered issues throughout. My drawings were not sufficient or accurate confusing both my builder and the inspectors at building control. She was never on site with the build and impossible to get in contact with when answers were needed. I would certainly not recommend this company and there is a lot better alternatives in the local area. Regards
Structural element (Eleni) was very thorough with my project to remove the load bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room. Eleni also came back to the house after sending me the plans, to liaise with the builder and building control, to ensure that building control were happy with the steel and foundations to sign off the project. She was very thorough and I would recommend.
