We stayed in a SB property for just over a year. When we had issues with our oven when we had just moved in, a new oven was provided and installed within 4 hours. Also, when our shower broke, again it was replaced within a matter of hours. (Both with higher quality models!) They are very easy to keep in contact with, friendly and professional staff - very tenant friendly. They even remembered us when we called up to cancel our tenancy - extremely personable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Dundee! :)
