Choosing Stroud registry office for our wedding was to be the start of a perfect day. The day was Saturday 27th of September 2014 and the sun was shining. Upon arrival we were greeted, myself and bridesmaids, by Yvonne who was waiting for us in the car park. Yvonne looked after us from start to finish and was such a lovely lady, we felt completely at ease. Firstly myself and my brother,who was giving me away, were taken in to see the registrar to confirm details. After that we were taken to a room to wait for my entrance into the ceremonial hall. When everyone was ready the doors were opened and in we went to perfectly timed music of our choosing. I was so nervous but really I had no need to be. The ceremony was perfect and all involved were just lovely. At the end of the ceremony we signed the register and after the photos were escorted out to the annex to greet our guests. It was just perfect! All the staff involved took great care to make sure my husband to be did not see me before the ceremony and also made sure he was calm and composed. They were wonderful! Before we left we had plenty of time to chat to guests and for photos to be taken. Upon leaving we were wished well and waved off by our lovely usher of the day. Therefore Mr Simon Hodson and Mrs Tracy Hodson would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff involved in their wedding on that day!
