If only all retail experiences were as good, great advice, fantastic selection of bikes. In fact so good went back a week later and bought another. Highly recommend as your 1st choice to go for if looking for an electric bike and support the local economy rather than a faceless ecommerce site.

I bought a Haibike xduro trekking here a couple of weeks ago. Great service, really friendly and straight forward.
I highly recommend this place. I bought my bike there for a good price a couple of years ago and since then I've had efficient, reliable support from the guys who work there. When it turned out that my bike was going to need a new part that could take several weeks to arrive, the shop immediately offered to lend me another electric bike so that I could keep commuting to work. The staff kept me up to date with the repair and gave me a good estimate for the timescale and price.
I can thoroughly recommend this shop. Clearly there are some marginally cheaper deals online but these are a false economy. I trialled a couple of bikes....talked endlessly about all the options. The guys here are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt at ease with my final choice of bike. I'm confident that any slight niggles or questions I have with the bike, are resolved in the same friendly and professional manner. You'll never get that online!
Can't recall ever receiving such wonderful customer service at from any company!! Vince and (I've forgotten his name, I'm SO SORRY) took extended time getting me sorted with bike equipment and instructions then even drove my pack and carry-on to a meeting spot for my Airbnb since they were a bit heavy for biking. Vince may even pick up my things on my return date. The bike itself is fantastic and you really get going on it. Highly recommend this lovely shop!!
