5 Valleys Physio clinic is the best in the county and one of the best physio clinics around. I have trusted the staff for over 8 years now regarding my injuries. All of the staff can provide excellent advice, treatment due to their vast knowledge base and experience. All the staff are experts in their respective field and provide patients with a physiotherapy good enough for World Class athletes. Highly recommend anyone to head to 5 valleys with any physio/sports injury needs- it’s the best clinic around.

I had developed a bad back and tried stretching for several weeks with no improvement. It was very painful and I stopped running and cycling completely. I visited Patrick at 5 Valleys last Thursday 4th February and then again today - what a difference already on day 4! Wish I had done this weeks ago, thanks.

I was very impressed with all the staff at Five Valleys, and with Daniel in particular. They were quick to fit me in and very flexible with their appointment times. Daniel took the time to go through my extensive medical history in depth, which really helped in working out the best way to approach my treatment. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and friendly physiotherapist.

Had a nasty injury to my knee when playing squash. Hyper-extension caused damage to ACL, bone bruising and some other tendon related gubbins. Was unable to walk properly and definitely no exercise. 5 valleys had successfully treated me for broken shoulder previously so I didn't hesitate to go straight to them. After diagnosis by MRI, Geoff was straight on the case and got me to a great stage. What I really like about 5 valleys is their staff (I was treated mainly by Geoff) give you the confidence to do things that sometimes you are scared to do yourself for fear of it hurting or doing more damage. Their knowledge is fantastic and they are dynamic in their treatments, trying different things if something isn't working or doesn't suit. During lockdown I had 2 remote appointments with Geoff via video call and these were invaluable in maintaining progress in my rehab. I'm now back cycling and inline skating and running. No squash or football yet but that is due to lockdown restrictions, not the physio! I highly recommend 5 valleys physio.

Great and friendly staff, always cheerful. Much better than NHS understand your position. Will take on ordinary customers and insurance.
