High quality plants. Great restaurant. In the dog section my Westie Codie trying out her new bed.
Visited 2 weeks ago and food and service was so much better. Stressed and fewer staff on hand led to lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. These aspects unfortunately made this occasion less enjoyable. However we will be back in 2021 to hopefully get the same experience as the first time.
Lovely lunch in the cafe today and a gorgeous Christmas display for the kids and adults alike.. A great couple of hours spent there..
I visited here today at Stokesley for the first time with my mum. It’s a lovely big store, very nicely presented with wider choices than the Northallerton branch which is closer to us. We were very impressed by the customer service, especially from Helen who helped us select a beautiful planter & pots for an 80th birthday gift. She was so friendly & helpful & we really appreciated that personal service. Thanks so much. We will definitely visit again!
