Nice public ferry port. However, returning ferries could be delayed to uncertain amount of time due to traffic here. In 3 days, 2 out of my 3 returning ferries were delayed for 5 and 20 minutes respectively.

Very very very unfriendly staff on the course ships. Can only speak Italian (or they don‘t wanna speak english or an other language) and don't want to help you. Drive very irregularly and you may have been stranded for several hours on an island. Extremely disappointed by this company. Tip for tourists who use this disappointing company: start the island hopping tour from Stresa, so you get less strandet on an island.
The ferry is a must if you like to enjoy the lake
