Amazing gym! It has just been refurbed and has every single weights machine possible. Loads of cardio machines too. Really good size gym, good atmosphere, great music, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Amazing physio on site too. Love training here!!!

Amazing new facilities, specialist equipment for those serious about getting results. Even better is the complete new drainage system installed in the showers adding even more value to the place..
Disappointed there are no classes. It used to be great but alas no longer. Maybe one day. Spoke to management this morning who explained why the classes are no longer and I can't fault him on his reasons and business sense. The gym has had an overhall and looks fantastic for the people they are catering for. The 2 stars remain as that is only my personal view.
Fantastic new gym! Great equipment, nicely laid out, super clean and ultra friendly staff. Had a couple nice workouts in there already.
