This is an excellent gym. The focus is on strength rather than stamina however it does have some useful aerobic equipment. The machines are of the highest order with a range of machines to focus on particular muscle groups. The free weight area is superb. The Atlas stones are intimidating! The customer service is exemplary with well trained and friendly staff. The range of food supplements on offer is extensive. There is ample car parking available. This gym is really is superb.

Great gym has all equipment and deadlift platform and squat racks in abundance, staff helpful always and polite, merchandise in stock, wouldn’t look elsewhere
