Stratton Creber Countrywide Estate Agents Padstow

Louise was quite simply amazing - she went the extra mile on a number of occasions to ensure our purchase went through smoothly. Louise was professional, approachable and always followed up when promised. Even after our purchase went through Louise helped me co-ordinate necessary work and gave access to trades people in my absence. Buying a house can be very challenging, especially during a pandemic but Louise ensured it was as stress free as possible - she is a credit to Stratton Creber.

I recently purchased a property through Stratton Creber and mostly dealt with Louise, who was brilliant. Louise was always professional and dealt with matters in a calm and constructive manner. She kept me informed at all times, and always returned my calls and responded immediately to my messages. I would highly recommend using Stratton Creber as Louise and Moira go above and beyond.

I’m lucky to be able to do the photography for Stratton Creber in Padstow. Moira and her team, as local, knowledgeable agents, sell a wide range of property both in the immediate area and further afield. They acknowledge that great photographs play a crucial role in successfully marketing a property so if you’re considering which agent to use, choose the one with the best photos (not taken with a phone!). The branch have also recently valued my property giving me a realistic valuation and showing me useful information about how long it may take to sell if I choose to take it to market.

Carol and the team did a great job helping us through our recent house purchase. From the very first viewing, they were always on hand and there to answer any questions, no matter how awkward. They kept on top of the process over a number of months, chasing us and the vendor up when required. All in all a painless purchase, highly recommended.
