Stratton Creber Countrywide Estate Agents Bodmin

Selling our parents home was always going to be a difficult sale for us, but Angela was with us every step of the way, she went above & beyond to help us through it. Nothing was too much trouble and we will always be thankful to her. She definitely deserves some recognition! We will be recommending Stratton Creber to others. Many thanks.

Excellent and helpful team. Thanks to Rick and Angela for all their help and support in aiding me in the process of buying. Important to mention the wonderful teamwork with the auction team (Lucy @ Countrywide Auctions). Smooth, easy and straight forward describe from start to finish. How many times does one normally say that about a house purchase!!. Highly recommended whether buying direct or via auction. Superb!

A very positive experience. We found our ideal house via Stratton Creber in Bodmin. The staff there were always helpful, and guided us through the purchase of the property. Our contact Angela was on hand to help with any queries, and her local knowledge helped us with our decision to purchase the property. Angela was helpful and patient with us throughout the process, and I would recommend this estate agency.

Very professional team from start to finish. Saul Smith who fronted our sale was an extremely nice gentleman to deal with to which I can find no fault. The team behind Saul and our sale did a great job. I only wish we chose Stratton Creber originally instead of Webbers who wanted the money but showed no interest in doing any work and as a result after 3 months of being on the market we had not one viewing. Within a few days of being with Stratton Creber there were viewings and much interest. Well done Stratton Creber and when the time comes we will use your services again.
