Decided to call them for a competitor switch. The said they would come and check out the propane lines (free of charge) before to make sure we were safe. Immediately suggested things were wrong that had been previously installed 5 months ago by a gas fitter and said he had to report me to MY OWN company because he had even walked in the house!!!! even though I declined his service. He said I would be non compliant and would have to remove my cupboards and a bearing wall in my 115 year old house over a few inches. Apologized several times while reporting me and trying to screw me over for propane that has been running to the house for years most likely in an attempt to make a sale. Then I received a follow up call trying to make a sale again. BEWARE if they see something in an inspection, even though they are a privately paid company, they will report you to whoever is already providing your propane so you have to pay (preferably them) for renovations. DO NOT call them unless you have money to burn

I had one of their free pre inspections done in October. After which a company representative was very aggressive with my girlfriend over the phone. We told them we are not interested in their service. They then emailed me. I told them what happened and that I do not wish to ever be a customer of theirs. They still continued to call asking when they could come for a fill. They've been told we are not interested. I have gone with a different company. Now in February I recieved a bill in the mail for 285.33 for "Marketing". Horrid company.
