I saw Dr Raymond via referal for extreme dizziness and was diagnosed with vertigo. Office staff was very friendly. He was very considerate, caring and made me feel comfortable.
Always a nice visit. Pleasant staff, very good with kids, and office is very clean and organized. Would highly recommend.
I would give a zero if I could. My daughter coincedentally got sick before her appointment and I advised them of this in case she threw up again during her exam. Dr. Raymond stated \I am going as fast as I can.\ I told them I am not hurrying them, just notifying them. I asked if I can give her one llolipop from their bowl and she wouldn't take one after, just to calm her gag reflex and the secretary was rude and completely refused. I am surprised that they work with so many children and have zero actual care for them. I wish the wait times in London were less or I would definitely switch doctors.
