Erin and Nadine have pretty much written the book for excellent customer service for bridal gown shopping! Having never tried on a wedding dress before I had no idea where to start or what would suit my body type. Nadine took the time to have a phone interview with me prior to my appointment to discuss my vision. Upon arrival she made myself, my mother and my maid of honour feel welcome. She walked us through the process and had 5 dresses picked out for me to try on. Nadine was patient and made sure all of our questions were answered. She gave honest opinions and let me voice what I liked and did not like about a dress so that my vision could come true. I sais Yes to dress 3 and have been on cloud 9 ever since. Thank you so very much for making this experience so outstanding!

I had seen OUAT on social media through other weddings and knew when my time came that I wanted to go and try on gowns there. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the fantastic experience I would have, even with all the positive reviews. Sharon made me feel so at ease when I wasn’t sure about something and thoroughly explained every detail about each gown. I have a feeling she knew what I wanted before I did because she left the dress I ended up buying in the dressing room even though I must have put on another eight or nine after! My maids of honour also ended up getting their dresses there a few months later. They weren’t just appointments, they are fantastic memories that I will always carry with me. If you are looking for outstanding customer service and unique wedding gowns, you don’t need to look any further.
From start to finish my experience at Once Upon a Time Weddings was amazing! I've been following them on social media for a while now and was so excited to be able to find my dress there! The booking process was so simple, they followed up with a questionnaire to help learn more about my vision and I also received communication via text a few days before to further ensure any questions I had were taken care of. It was so personable and I really felt connected to the team and process before I had even stepped foot in the store. I was really concerned about the cost of a wedding dress but my consultant never even showed me a dress outside my budget and I still had tons of options. She had great ideas for how to add or alter certain elements on various dresses to get the perfect look. I was able to try on a variety of silhouettes and styles - each time we chatted about what I liked and didn't like which led me to finding the perfect dress and taking it home that very day (off-the rack sale). I never felt pressured or rushed. Due to COVID we had the whole store to ourselves which made it even more personal. I was so impressed with the staff and thrilled to be able to support a small business especially during these challenging times. I would have no reservations about recommending OUATW to any bride!

This boutique by far has exceeded my expectations. Having been in my friends wedding last summer, I endured the business of a traditional bridal store where it was pure insanity. Once Upon a Time Weddings came up in my instagram when I was starting to plan for my upcoming wedding. I can't begin to say how lovely Erin and her team are. I had gone in prior to my bridal dress shopping date to take a look at the shop and loved the private suites for you and your bridal party - much better than a crammed change room. There is a curtain that sections off where you would try on your dresses which is roomy. Rebecca who helped me pick our my dress was super sweet and attentive. She listened to what I was looking for. I only tried on 5 dresses but I picked it that day! They were also very wonderful when I came in last week to shop for bridesmaids dresses and we found those easily too. OUTW is absolutely wonderful and I have already recommended it to a few other friends who recently got engaged. Thank you for your amazing service!
