Do NOT buy a residential property that has been built by TPM. There is basically no supervision of trades through the building process resulting in hundreds of defects when transfer occurs. TPM have taken months to rectify major issues in the house I am renting and owners in the development are pulling thier hair out. The properties present as "high end" but as soon as you look at anything carefully you notice crooked baths, tiles, buckling floors, doors that won't close, switches that don't switch anything on, stairs with no lights. Even the kitchen appliacnces have not been installed properly. This company should not be able to build in Australia.
