Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful. The saleswoman, more than happy to upsell a phone to an elderly lady, who has been a telstra customer her whole life, extras not required for someone of her age and no copy of the contract she just signed, after handing over her credit card. I will be returning with my elderly mother and the contract that was signed WILL be made null and void, and the Department of Fair Trading and the ACCC will be contacted, before, during and after we are in store!

Attended to unlock a 3 year old telstra device (to give to my daughter on another provider). Attended to by a lady there who inspected my device. She informed me that it was already unlocked and I should just insert the other sim card and all would work. I asked her if she was sure. Taking her at face value went to daughters and handed over the device. She put the other sim card in...... Seems the device is not unlocked after all. Another trip to Telstra this time with the new sim card in hand. My impression was that the attendant at telstra was totally uninterested my problem or she had no idea to resolve my request.
Paul was amazing in helping us with our upgrade he was friendly and so helpful. The store was clean and nice and cool.
Friendly staff who don't rush you when making enquiries. Much needed when you are in the seventies.
Telstra had to replace my phone, but instead of sending it to my home address they sent it to the Telstra store, not a big problem, but they put it on shelf with no details of what it was or who it was for. After tracking it down via startrak finally found it two weeks later
