SUNSHINE COAST STORE. Bought a 35 iPhone 8 case that lasted 1 day. Case was a gift and when I tested it on my iPhone 8 and went to remove my phone, glue came off the plastic sleeve and it partially ripped off. I took it back to the store for a refund. The store assistant, Iris, was one of the least helpful retailers I’ve come across. She tried to make out it was my fault, that I’d deliberately torn the product, and kept demonstrating that I’d incorrectly removed the phone from the case. How many ways are there to remove a phone from a plastic case? Then when I said that the product was inferior, that it was rubbish, she took offense. She kept repeating herself that I was insulting her and it was very hurtful that I’d said the product was rubbish. I just wanted a refund and to get going. Iris stomped around the pop up store, opened the till and got cash out to refund me. She then slammed the till shut and gave the 35 to me. Other customers waiting were horrified and turned away in embarrassment.

They are nice people and good service but every product I have bought there breaks sooner than it should. I got one of those ring holders you put on the back of your phone a couple of days ago and it lost its stickiness and my phone fell to the ground. I am not happy and now because of that I need to get my phone screen fixed

These people install cheap screen protectors. The 40 one they installed on my Note 10 on their recommendations was peeling off and cracking within 1 week. When I took it back they were Just rude and made out as if they didn't understand my English properly. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS
SUNSHINE PLAZA STORE. Phone cover peeling after 1 week. Refused me a refund or exchange but eventually agreed to a credit after ten minutes of me persisting and disputing it. Terrible service and cheap product.
Our family only buy case here. repair our phone/tablet here. Really good service, the girls working there are all very kind. They always try their best to help us.
