Very helpful...I got seen to quickly and the doctor was great. Their covid protocols are excellent and the entire practice seems very well managed.

As a fulltime worker I always hate going to the doctors only to have to wait 40min because the doctor is always running late. Not at this clinic, I didn't have to wait long before being called in. I saw Dr Shani, she is a very nice person who made me feel at ease. She listened and made plenty of notes, she checked my concern and made a sound recommendation. A good all round experiance.

I have been a patient for more than ten years. I see several different doctors all of whom I find friendly and competent. The reception staff are also lovely and the appointments are very much on time. I like the fact there is a podiatrist, physio and pathology department all in the same clinic. The clinic's opening hours are lengthy and include almost every day of the year. When I need to see a doctor, I can usually make an appointment very quickly.

Great service, good appointment system. And very prompt, my appointment was on time, instead of the usual waiting 30 minutes past your appointment time. Dr Shani is a very nice person who makes you feel at ease at first meeting. A good all round experiance.

I'd had a scare with an odd looking patch on my skin a couple of weeks ago and, although it was benign, it did make me realise that I hadn't had a proper skin check for some time so I booked in for one. Very little waiting time. Waiting room chairs appropriately distanced. Doctor was thorough and friendly and I felt reassured when I left. Happy to give 5 stars for the service and the doctor who were both helpful.

I see Dr Wong for Acupuncture and he is Brilliant. He is extremely knowledgeable and understanding and I benefit from his expertise. The Reception staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Dr Shani was so lovely, I really felt like she cared, I didn't feel rushed through the appointment. I really felt like she really took the time to listen to my concerns, when through what I had to do next thoroughly and asked me a lot of questions. Highly recommend her.

Reception Staff were fantastic, the DR that I had my appointment with couldnt kick me out of his office fast enough. Was absolutely no help to me, did not answer any of my questions or give me any advice about my symptoms and did not write me a referral to what I needed because "I had 2 minutes left of my appointment and I would need to rebook for another time". Left me in tears.
