The team at Strathpine Design & Drafting provided an effortless 'one stop shop' service as they advertised. The plans were exceptionally prepared and I'd recommend them to anyone.
As a builder Adrian and the whole SDD team are second to none to work with. No grey areas and great ideas.
Don't use these guys, they were able to syphon around 9000 out of us for having plans drawn up, soil testing done, and approvals from council which were not approved. They didn't even batten an eyelid. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY WORKS WHAT SO EVER!!!
